Details
Salted, crunchy, mini pretzels in smooth milk chocolate.
Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. To this day she loves working with chocolate, and happily spends many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.

Shelf life: 3 months.

An Addictively Delicious Snack
I was rather nervous about the idea of chocolate pretzels, but silly me - they are addictively good!! Just enough salt to give a real boost and contrast to the delicious chocolate coating. I'm afraid there was no need to seal the packet for another day - the whole lot disappeared in one evening.....
