This Signature Collection of chocolates epitomises what we are all about - creating scrumptious flavours and textures both with fresh ideas, and a nod to favourite chocolates of the past. We've packed the box with some of our classic recipes, as well as some new creations for you to share and enjoy.

Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. To this day she loves working with chocolate, and happily spends many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.



Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life: 4 months.

Note regarding ‘bloom’ on Pralines (Hazelnut Gianduja): We make everything as freshly as possible, but in time, the natural oils in nuts will occasionally migrate to the surface of the chocolates. In some cases this may cause a slight ‘greying’ of the base, or the side surface, of any pralines. This is unavoidable with fresh ingredients. It doesn’t affect the taste, and is not a sign of the chocolate going off.
