The North East's famous Broon Ale captured in a smooth milk chocolate ganache truffle. The distinct taste of brown malts blended with our creamy milk chocolate in a truffle inspired by our favourite local brew.
Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. To this day she loves working with chocolate, and happily spends many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.
