Dessert Trolley: Inspired by our favourite puddings, cakes and desserts. We've loved the challenge of encapsulating each recipe into a single delicious mouthful of chocolate. From a lemon-infused white chocolate truffle, dotted with meringue pieces to bring you the lovely Lemon Meringue Pie, to a Franzipan marzipan with Amaretti Biscuit Pieces or a rich chocolate fudge Brownie. We hope you will enjoy choosing something from The Dessert Trolley, and an Earl Grey Tea Ganache to finish!

Plain English Truffles: A mini collection that captures the essence of chocolate simplicity for the chocolate purist. Made with fresh butter and cream. No complex flavours to get in the way of celebrating and sharing the delight of smooth chocolate ganache truffles.

Practically Perfect Pralines: Features a mix of milk and dark pralines for anyone who is nutty about chocolate. A rustic praline of roasted hazelnuts and almonds, blended with dark chocolate, our classic smooth praline of roasted hazelnuts blended with milk chocolate, and our brand new peanut butter praline.

Mango Smoothie: A refreshing mango and yogurt smoothie reinvented as a white chocolate bar.

Ginger and Lavender: Stem ginger spiced 64% dark chocolate bar with a hint of delicate floral lavender oil.

Strawberry Waffle Cone: The fresh taste of strawberries and the delicate crunch of waffle cones, captured in our white chocolate.

 

Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. To this day she loves working with chocolate, and happily spends many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.

Note regarding ‘bloom’ on Pralines (Hazelnut Gianduja, Peanut Butter Praline, Artisan Praline): We make everything as freshly as possible, but in time, the natural oils in nuts will occasionally migrate to the surface of the chocolates. In some cases this may cause a slight ‘greying’ of the base, or the side surface, of any pralines. This is unavoidable with fresh ingredients. It doesn’t affect the taste, and is not a sign of the chocolate going off.
