Our Dear Valentine Collection aims to capture classic flavours, perfect for a romantic celebration.

Handmade chocolates from romantic rose creams and our beautiful raspberry and rose dark chocolate truffle to classics like our dark caramel, vanilla fudge or white chocolate truffle and more. We hope you enjoy celebrating with your loved one this valentines. After all, chocolates are for sharing!

Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. To this day she loves working with chocolate, and happily spends many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life: 3 months.

Note regarding ‘bloom’ on Pralines (Peanut Butter Praline): We make everything as freshly as possible, but in time, the natural oils in nuts will occasionally migrate to the surface of the chocolates. In some cases this may cause a slight ‘greying’ of the base, or the side surface, of any pralines. This is unavoidable with fresh ingredients. It doesn’t affect the taste, and is not a sign of the chocolate going off.
