In detail:

Joy to The World: Christmas chocolates inspired by our favourite festive treats. Each chocolate recipe has been created to bring you a taste of Christmas. From Gingerbread, Mince Pies and Stollen, to Mulled Wine, Brandy Butter and Hepple Gin, this gift box is packed with seasonal flavours. We've also packed the box with some of our classic flavours - the best of our fudges, caramels and pralines feature in this sharing box of 48 chocolates.

The Dessert Trolley Inspired by our favourite puddings, cakes and desserts. We've loved the challenge of encapsulating each recipe into a single delicious mouthful of chocolate. From a lemon-infused white chocolate truffle, dotted with meringue pieces to bring you the lovely Lemon Meringue Pie, to a Franzipan marzipan with Amaretti Biscuit Pieces or a rich chocolate fudge Brownie. We hope you will enjoy choosing something from The Dessert Trolley, and an Earl Grey Tea Ganache to finish!

Hepple Gin Truffles: We've partnered with local gin producer, Hepple Gin to bring these Hepple Gin Chocolate Truffles to our collection. The characteristic crisp freshness of Hepple, 'high fidelity' gin comes from the juniper berries from the wilds of Northumberland and their unique 'triple technique'. All this marries so very well with our smooth milk chocolate.

Peppermint Creams: Made to a traditional recipe passed down two generations from the Swiss chocolatier family that Jane Williams originally trained with. A meltingly soft fondant centre captures the fresh, zing of peppermint - enrobed in our rich 54% dark chocolate and finished with a crystalised mint leaf fragment.

Bar Humbug: A peppermint flavoured bar of 64% dark chocolate with hints of toffee.

Hazelnut Praline: Hazelnut praline in our 34% milk chocolate dotted with tiny, crunchy hazelnut nibs.

Gingerbread: The flavours of childhood gingerbread captured in our smooth 34% milk chocolate.

Honeycomb: Sweet cinder toffee pieces in smooth milk chocolate.

Gingers: Classic crystalised stem ginger pieces double enrobed in dark chocolate.

Orangettes: Bittersweet glace orange segments double enrobed in dark chocolate.

Pretzels: Salted, crunchy, mini pretzels in smooth milk chocolate.

 

Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. To this day she loves working with chocolate, and happily spends many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.

Note regarding ‘bloom’ on Pralines (Hazelnut Gianduja, Artisan Praline): We make everything as freshly as possible, but in time, the natural oils in nuts will occasionally migrate to the surface of the chocolates. In some cases this may cause a slight ‘greying’ of the base, or the side surface, of any pralines. This is unavoidable with fresh ingredients. It doesn’t affect the taste, and is not a sign of the chocolate going off.
